Direct Deposit Module

More and more companies are dispensing with the printing of payroll cheque's and are moving to the “on-line” processing of payments. The Direct deposit add-on will let you pay directly into your employees account for all the major banks in Canada, including:

General Ledger Interface

WindowToPayroll is a versatile product that can integrate to a wide variety of accounting systems. With the GL add-on, batches can be created that can be imported directly into your accounting software. There are many export formats currently available, with new versions being added on a regular basis. Chances are we already have an export to the accounting you are using now and of course if you are using the WinLedge™ accounting then the integration is even easier.

E-File

If you have more than fifty employees, then perhaps our E-file add-on can simplify your year end T4 filing. With a few simple requests you can easily create a file to transfer to directly to Revenue Canada.
